Former QUIET RIOT drummer FRANKIE BANALI has been asked to play another show with former QR singer KEVIN DUBROW and bassist Chuck Wright. Banali writes: "I don't know about a lot more shows as Kevin and Chuck in the future as they are preparing to depart on the Bad Boys tour later in July. I will be doing an additional Kevin DuBrow solo date at Kevin's request and invitation but with a line up change in that the guitarist will be Alex Grossi from BEAUTIFUL CREATURES who will be the guitarist on the Bad Boys tour, replacing Billy Morris. That show will be on July 10th in Kansas City for The Bikers Ball at Verizon Amphitheater along with TWISTED SISTER, WARRANT and SLAUGHTER." Also, Banali is NOT Featured On STEPHEN PEARCY's Solo CD. Says Frankie, "It's been reported that that I will be featured on three tracks on Stephen Pearcy's forthcoming release Fueler as the drummer. I did record three songs for Stephen late 2003 and the drum tracks turned out unbelievably well. However, there seemed to have been a problem between Bob Kulick whose studio the tracks were recorded at and Stephen Pearcy. I had instructed Bob by phone, e-mail and in person repeatedly to turn the tracks over to Stephen after Stephen and I had concluded our business agreement, but Bob still refused to do so for reasons I simply don't understand. This forced Stephen to re-record the tracks with his current tour drummer. It's a real shame because I enjoyed recording with Stephen and was very happy with the results as was Stephen. I wish Stephen the best of luck with his new release and look forward to the possibility of recording with him in the future if the circumstances allow."
