Sorry Dorf, haven't heard anything about another Cooper box set. With some humility, I'd like to say that if I haven't heard of it, it's not likely. Solution is easy just buy all of the albums. BTW how's that Bullet Boys? The only album I own is their first release with 'Love of Money' then I just kind of forgot about them. Do they still record new material? I remember when they came out, they were real Van Halen 'wannabees' or at least the singer was trying to emulate DLR with the look and singing style. I think they also had VH's long-time producer Ted Templeman at the board. Despite all that I thought it was a pretty good album, I still give it a spin every blue moon. Back to Alice, I'd be interested in hearing your top 3 or top 5 list of Cooper albums. Mine are as follows: 1. Love It To Death 2. Welcome To My Nightmare 3. Eyes of Alice Cooper 4. From The Inside 5. tough one but today I'll go with 'Goes To Hell'
Cheers. |

Man that sucks. I had actually read online (can't remember where) that Rhino Records was gonna release an AC box set with the aforementioned discs. As for my five fave Cooper discs:
1. Killer
2. Love It To Death
3. The Last Tempation
4. Welcome To My Nightmare
5. Trash
I've seen the Coop (the actual Alice, not you ) four times, he's never disappointed.
As for the Bulletboys, they put out three discs back in the late 80s/early 90s, the self-titled one, Freakshow (which wasn't bad, not as good as the first), and ZaZa (which I heard only one song so far). They weren't groundbreaking IMO, but they had some pretty good musicians (especially the bass player and drummer), and I liked them. |

I remember reading a review with the Bulletboys guitarist where he talked about being the guitarist for Mandy Moore [pop artist]. Just thought maybe you'd be interested to know that that guy branched out quite a ways.
I have one of their albums, but I'm not sure I've ever listened to it all the way through. Not my thing probably. Skid Row dwarfed most of those late 80s/early 90s rocknroll bands, so I listen to them instead [I like Extreme too] |

Speaking of Extreme, they have a new disc coming out soon. They have a My Space page with one of the new songs on it, I think it's called Star. Very good tune. |

You know they have a new label and are going to hit the road again. I found three of their albums in a bargain bin and took those babies home! |

Got the following Alice LPs recently from Amazon and Ebay:
Flush The Fashion
Special Forces
Zipper Catches Skin
Dada
Constrictor
So I now have everything from Pretties For You to Raise Your Fist And Yell on vinyl and am currently in the process of transferring them thru my computer to CD. And they sound 10x better than the store-bought ones.
Also got on CD recently:
Alice - Along Came A Spider
Black Sabbath - Headless Cross, Cross Purposes, & Tyr |

Just picked up Chickenfoot, and filled in some holes with UFO - Strangers in the Night and Iron Maiden - Powerslave.
Can't believe I never picked those two up on cd until now. |
