BTW Hardrocker, is the Hard Music page ever gonna be fixed?
Hey Dorf, glad to see you post again!

Yes... I've been working on a new format for the music page, a bit different than before but still the same general idea of artists and new music that we feature on HardRadio. The labels used to subsidize the streaming mp3's but most labels don't have any promotional funds left these days.

Over the past 5 years in my country (South Africa), forum support dropped radically as well. For all genres, not just metal. The quick fix, playstation generation rules...as a multitude of lonely islands.

I have a 13 year old daughter and only once in a while can I get her to listen to metal. I have the Dio anthology in the car and she freaks out when I turn it on. "Daaad! Really?" she said this morning.

So she had to listen to sports radio instead. LOL! GO BLACKHAWKS!

That's funny Swidman! I too have a 13 year old daughter. Although she does like a lot of the popular radio stuff, she still maintains that Alice Cooper, Queen, Thin Lizzy and The Beatles are her favourites! Wicked Mike was right Metalheads do make Metal Babies.

'Crazy Babies never say die, born to live on a permanent high' - Ozzy

Oh yeah!! Cheers.
