Yeah but have you ever read the story? It's not even remotly the same, they just took the name.
I don't know any songs off the top of my head about kilers though. |

Oh and lets not forget Alice Cooper's;
"Time to Kill"
"Chop Chop Chop"
"Gail"
and a personal fav
"Roses on White Lace."
And I suppose, "He's Back (the man behind the mask)" and "Life and Death of the Party" |

Am I the only person who sees RYFAY as a concept album about a heavy metal fan who listens to too much heavy metal and goes insane and starts killing people? |

A little digging (of what's left of my brain!) and came up with a few;
Avenger - 'Brand Of Torture'
Hammer Witch - 'Psycho'
Destroyer (USA) - 'The Grave(6 Feet Under)'
Purgatory - 'Night Crawler Bitch'
Prowler (USA) - 'Sudden Death'
Seduce - 'Chopping Block'
Picture - 'Night Hunter'
The last two I'm having a hard time remembering the content of the lyrics. H*ll, for that matter I could be off on a couple others there too! But all of them are not about a particular killer in history but rather just a topic used to write a Heavy Metal song.
There must be more out there?!... |

Well, the idea for Yngwie Malmsteen's song "Facing The Animal" originated from a book about Russian serial killer Andrei Chikatilo. "The song isn't totally about him, but it incorporates that fear and menace that he instilled in his victims". |
