when i was in college and it was time to go out, we would crank up the stereo and play a couple songs to get us fired up. my favorites were steeler-judas priest, ride the sky-helloween, and generally hostile-jag panzer. what are your all-time favorite adrenaline songs? |

Born To Be Wild (Covered by Raven with Udo)
Whiplash (No name needed)
Holy Wars...The Punishment Due (Megadeth)
Feed The Gods(White Zombie)
Five Minutes Alone (Pantera)
Helpless (Covered by MetallicA)
Hit and Run (Def Leppard)
Whole Lotta Rosie (AC/DC)
2 Minutes to Midnight (Iron Maiden)
And ya, maybe it's corny, but Kick Start My Heart by Motley Crue...I keep on seeing that image of that 6 second door slammer wiping out. |

Holy Wars never fails to get my blood pumping, but the best of the many others would be:
War Ensemble - Slayer
Arise - Sepultura
Aces High - Iron Maiden
and of course, Fall of Sipledome by Testament. Anyone whose pulse isn't racing at the end of this tune should check themselves into a morgue because they obviously are not alive. |
