I share your frustrations. It seems like quality does suffer when you look at what is popular. The good news is that I think I have your solution. Gay Metal provides listeners with Metal that is powerful, respectable and epic. Bands like Swordfest, Cock Army and Manpussy are giving a fresh breath of life into Metal. These guys are some of the best musicians as well as innovaters. Give this music a chance and I think that you will be discovering the joys of Metal all over again.
Alright, where can I hear these invigorating innovators (if they really exist)? Any songs or sites? And please spare me the links to gay porn sites.
They do exist and in strong numbers. I am encouraged that you are expressing interest in checking out this extraordinary powerful music. These bands can be found on ebay or cdnow or just by typing them in on any search engine. As you will soon realize these bands give metal a good screw in the ass. Who knows, perhaps listening to these groups will peak your interest in exploring other avenues of sexuality.
First off, I really doubt that listening to gay metal will turn me into a homosexual.
I only responded to see if you could back up your all of these "punishing" gay metal bands, which you couldn't, you just gave me a run around answer. I'm sure that there are a few gay metal bands, but I'd bet they were few and far between. I will give you a few points for the clever names. |

Have I been clear?!Even though I am not perhaps gay enough to be considered gay by some, industry insiders have told me to take my gay lifestyle outside the metal scene hundreds of times. Due to this, I consider my band to be on the new gay metal bandwagon. Yes, we are at cdnow and amazon. I even had a heterosexual who was not a transvestite as I, playing on the cd, who now plays for Vicious Rumors. The drummer on my cd even replaced Kontos from Machine Head in a local band in S.F., before joining my forces! The band is Bralalalala. I may not be gay, but I have been given credit for it enough to admit, my gayness, not my "excellent" music is the reason you haven't heard of me. I have letters from the Los Angeles Music Awards founder, metal labels and major label dj's to prove it. I don't mean to be rude by repeating. I am just responding to the new postee. Besides, gay metal artists need obscure promotional techniques to be heard. At some point, you guys will either remember this band or not. Continous posting on the hardboard on my own behalf is not exactly what I plan for. |
