Greetings Friends \m/
We hope all is well – just a quick update before we get into full
touring mode - we are heading to Ohio today along with Paolo Gregoletto
(Metal Militia) who will be joining us on bass duties for this tour – he’s
an awesome musician and a great friend - we really appreciate him
taking the time off from his own projects to help us out on the road.
A big thanks to Jamie at Dark Angel Management for all her help in
putting together our tour books, coordinating booking and interview
requests and a number of other important things for us – but mostly for trying
to do the impossible - keeping us organized - Thank You Jamie.
We also want to thank Erik Skjolsvik - SKJOLSVIK KUSTOM SHOP
(http://www.skjolsvik.com) for making our scrims they look really cool –
to view the new Angel scrim image hit the site http://www.trivium.org
and click on this part of the news update for a picture of the image.
Erik also made custom “Trivium” bass drum heads for Travis that looks
real nice.
The Roadrunner Records http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com Road Rage
Tour featuring Chimaira & http://www.chimaira.com Machine Head
(http://www.machinehead1.com) officially kicks off August 3rd @ The
Odeon in Cleveland, Ohio.
There have been a number of new shows added since our last update so be
sure to check the http://www.trivium.org/ tours/gigs link for the most
current tour information.
We know this will be a great tour and can’t wait to get started – we
are very excited that Machine Head http://www.machinehead1.com will be
celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut release “Burn My Eyes”
by playing the entire “Burn My Eyes” album in its entirety for a
classic set August 8th in Philly @ the Theater of the Living Arts – a show
not to be missed. Congratulations to everyone in the Machine Head
http://www.machinehead1.com camp for 10 years of amazing music, a
great accomplishment.
We have pretty much finished up writing the material for our debut
Roadrunner Records http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com album and will be
heading off to record the music after the Road Rage tour finishes up. We
will be playing mostly all new material on this tour so if you are able
to catch our set – we hope you enjoy it.
Well, we better get the hell outta here – we will provide updates and
pictures from the road.
Thanks for the support and we hope to see you at one of the shows.
