I'd love to listen to Ritchie Blackmore, Glenn Hughes and Daft Punk in the same band. |

Vocals - Tony Martin
Rhythm Guitar - Rolf Kasparek
Lead Guitar - Michael Schenker
Bass - Bob Daisley
Drums - Kirk Arrington
They'd play midpaced powermetal, with some occasional uptempo numbers. It's possible that it would all fall apart when MSchenker randomly abandons them on tour. Kirk Arrington has some health issues too I believe. These guys play some oldschool stuff, but with lots of class. I think with a good producer, these guys could release something worthy of the 80s. An album that would measure up to Death or Glory, Tyr, The Dark, and dwarf a good deal of other albums.
Naturally there may be some egos, plus Schenker could play rhythm and Rolf lead vocals. That might make them feel stifled. All the same. I'm disappointed, because I could really get behind this band. These guys are amazing, but I could see them writing stuff together. |

alrighty....
The members of my all star band.
Steve Harris-Bass
Lemmy-Bass
Jason Newstead=Bass
Cliff Burton-bass
Kieth Moon-Drums
They wouldn't have a style to fit into as such, rather a mandate to shred via the bass.....and to have many hundreds of skanky girls dancing on stage with them.
I'd pay to see that. |

The first band would be way more melodic than the second band. The second band's members IMO are major shredders at their respective instruments with the possible exception of Iommi, but let's face it, he's the original heavy riffmaster and is solely responsible for metal turning out the way it did.
Vox - Doug Pinnick
Guitars - Michael Schenker and Randy Rhoads
Keys - Derek Sherinian
Bass - Steve Harris
Drums - Neil Peart
Vox - Jeff Keith
Guitars - Tony Iommi and Kerry King
Keys - Ken Hensley
Bass - Les Claypool
Drums - Mike Portnoy |

Ronnie James Dio - vocals
Ritchie Blackmore - Guitar

Jimmy Bain - Bass
Tony Carey - Keyboards
Managed by all of their wives so that it could only last one album and half a tour. |
