Nice ticket prices.
Although they didn't really get away did they? You've seen Motorhead at some point right?
The concert I'm always kicking myself for missing is when Emperor toured the US in 2000 and I skipped it because there was a snow storm. They released one more album then broke up. I've since been to concerts when there were tornado warnings [Uli Roth] or crazy snowstorms [Manowar]. It's hard to tell when some of these European bands are going to come back over here. |

Good thread idea, so here's my two cents.
Triumph 'Thunder Seven' tour, many years ago. I had my ticket for the show, but a weekend or two prior to the concert, my parents caught me loaded up (I was 15 or 16) and punished me by forbidding me to go the show. That's about it.
Off to see the Scorpions for my first time ever, this July in T.O.
Super can't wait!!! |

I think you are thinking of Eric Johnson. Outstanding player!!!
Check out Zap, Cliffs of Dover, and Soul Terrain.
The one that I didn't get a chance to see was Ozzy in 1981. The last tour with Randy Rhoads!!!
Boston will be at the Kansas State Fair in September... I will be there!! |

Baron Rojo, 30th anniversary original line-up tour. Got tickets for me and a friend for his birthday.
The show was cancelled because of the promoter and the f**k didn't returned the money and vanished |

Damn Baron Rojo! That's cult man. Too bad they cancelled. I like Volumen Brutal. Some of that stuff is pretty cool. I think I'll listen to that right now. |

One package tour I missed out on was Dio and Manowar, alongside with a third band. I'm not sure, but it might have been Cathedral. These three bands toured under a common tour name, but I fail to remember that name. I really would have loved to have seen them when they played in Göteborg. |
