Right now:

1) Riot: Sons of Society. Oh boy this is good stuff! Great melodic power metal in a European tradition. Fave tracks are Twist of Fate and Cover Me.

2) Knuckletracks XV: A compilation cd that comes with the Canadian mag BWBK. This cd has
the title track from the upcoming Crimson Glory cd called Astronomica (incredible tune)and many more new/old tunes from such bands as Riot, TNT, Manowar, Witchery, Sevendust (2 tunes) and Entombed.

3) The Beatles: Yellow Submarine Songtrack album. Excellent non-metal. Also check out the DVD.

4) Dario Mollo/Tony Martin: The Cage.

5) Queensryche: Q2K. Weird but not crap.

_Welcome to My Nightmare_ -- Alice Cooper
More addicting than Flarpo.

_Boys for Pele_ -- Tori Amos
Very heavy and haunting...the pounding harpsichord parts really make it work.

_The Bends_ -- Radiohead
An album to make even the cheeriest of folks feel depressed...melodic and swollen with sadness and social commentary.

When it comes to Tori, it's all about the Bosendorfer. Just picked up her new double-CD, To Venus and Back. But in the CD player now is Lillian Axe-Poetic Justice

Metalfilm: You've already bought _To Venus and Back_? *turning green with envy* Do I ever need to make a Sam Goody run. It always takes me forever to acquire new releases because I'm always either at school, working on various academic stuff, everywhere all at once or without a ride. *sigh* Oh, to live within walking distance of a music store...
