Fatal took some good ones (and some which I don't agree with, like Skids and Crue)...but let's see if I can't add a few...
in no order:
1.Iron Maiden-Virtual XI
2.Megadeth-Risk
3.Machine Head-The Burning Red
4.Rush-Test for Echo
5.Def Leppard-Adrenalize(at least Slang wasn't Romper Room lyrically speaking
6.Bon Jovi-These Days(half a disappointment)
7.Savatage-Edge of Thorns(for me, anyway)
8.Danzig-5:Blackacidevil
9.Raven-Stay Hard
10.Megadeth-Risk...just wanna make that clear

1. Whitesnake "Whitesnake" -- Ugh. From brilliant bluesy hard rock to THIS insipid pop mess!?!? Listen to the ORIGINAL version of "Here I Go Again," with its Jon Lord keys and Coverdale's mournful vocals and you'll see that few bands in rock fell as far as these guys.

2. Y&T "Down for the Count" -- A little too desperate to follow up "Summertime Girls" with a hit. What's with the synthesizer drums???

3. Iron Maiden -- The Blaze Years.

4. Scorpions "Savage Amusement" -- the downward spiral to embarassment was at full speed. Perhaps the finest argument for a mandatory retirement age for rockers there ever was . . .

5. Twisted Sister "Love is for Suckers".

6. Gary Moore "Still Got The Blues" -- From brilliant hard rock guitarist to just another white man playing emotionless limp blues. Makes Steevie White Vaughn look like Pinetop Perkins in comparison.

7. Rough Cutt "Wants You" -- after a near perfect debut . . . this?

8. Rainbow "Straight Between the Eyes" tour -- But Joe Lynn sounds so good on record. Hmmm . . . .

9. Vain "No Respect" -- The demos were loud, sleazy and in your face. The limp-wristed Paul Northfield production emasculated the bands sound.

10. Michael Bolton solo -- C'mon man, Blackjack were awesome. I'll even give you the hard rockin' "Fools Game" era. Imagine if Dio turned into Barbara Streisand.

Suzie is mythical much like a unicorn or a giraffe. Actually, I like Bon Jovi these days even if it is a downer album.

Soundgarden's _Down on the Upside_. I love the band, but after _Superunknown_, this album disappointed the Flarpo out of me. It's not that the sound is bad; it's just that all the songs sound the same. I can hardly tell where the tracks begin and end.

Alice Cooper's "general-meets-geisha" image in the early '80s. Thank god he stopped drinking.

The breakup of White Zombie; I liked them so much better than I do Rob Zombie as a solo artist.

Aerosmith and Def Leppard...the horror. The sheer horror.

Spirit
