I picked-up Motley Crue's "Entertainment or Death" this weekend. I love the music, but hate Vince Neil's whinny little voice throughout it. The first CD (out of 2) was the best, because it contains most of their real old stuff - awesome!
Metalfilm1 - I noticed that you purchased the Pegazus "Breaking the Chains" CD. How is it? I heard some of their stuff on MP3 and liked it. A short review please......

Just gotta ask a question. There were something about swedish bands posted earlier.
Anyone heard Arch-Enemy ? Are they any good?
Just wanna recommend B-Thongs from Strength to Strength... The best swedish album ever made, and the most original heavy album of the 90s. Amazingly groovy.

Depp: Arch Enemy are brilliant. Insane combination of heaviness and melody. Great songwriting. Tight playing. Highly, highly recomended. |

It is I, Sweden's #1 fan.
All from Sweden:
Roachpowder
The Awesome Machine
Transport League
Mammoth Volume
Spiritual Beggars
Demon Cleaner
Lowrider
...Just to name a few
I'll definately check out Arch Enemy. If it's swedish, its gotta be good!
Just to keep on topic and not irritate the irritable-
Got new cds from Black Crowes, Sixty Watt Shaman and Sunnshine on the way.
Peace. |

Do check out Arch Enemy. Michael Amott's playing is my favorite to hear by far. And his brother is impressive, also. "Burning Bridges" is among my top five favorite albums of the year. |
