I would not want to be "close enough" but that's fine. Their music is also close enough. Same goes for zz top.
Come on now!! ZZ Top is a great band admit it.
Bralalala are you as drunk as I am?
zz top?!!!
they are OK. i would rather hear chili peppers if in a room being tortured
Ahhhhhhhh come on now. What are you listening to right now?
you, me, a desk, a table, some lights, a large patio........nothing at the moment, when not revelling in my own great musical ideas this past week, i have put on some ministry[/QB]
I've been listening to the Britny Fox debut CD for the last couple of hours. |

Nirvana is my least favorite of the grunge movement. I like grunge a good deal more than numetal, but I don't listen to it often at all really.
Scott Weiland from STP also wore a dress. I see the message as "I can do whatever the **** I want cause I'm a rockstar" rather than "I'm going to show these homophobes a lesson" though it could be that sometimes too(I think that's what Weiland said it was on stage).
I do find it kindof funny that there aren't any metal bands that wore dresses, considering all the stockings and lipstick they wore. |

well I despise Nirvana and to so-called seatlle sound,Alice Chains,yawn..pearl jam, soundgarden and anyone else who fukkin sounded like these irratating bands...that killed metal.
the grunge sound seemed empty to me,even Poison seemed more artful.
The only bands from Seattle worth a damn

I think the better interpretation of that is, "well there's an artist doing artist person things,(or)there goes Scott Weiland being funny (or whatever)" |

Bralalalala, forgive me, but your a moron.
Nirvana wasn't even a Metal band, so your entire topic is a complete waste of time!
To top it off, they sucked, from the vocals to the music. There wasn't a thing that made them special; all they were was a clothing trend. |
