BN: I remember when Unleashed in the East first came out. I went into a record store and saw that album cover, and I was like, 'Holy Shit!' That picture of the band onstage made such an impact! I had never seen anything like it before. I just thought to myself, "This IS Heavy Metal!"

ROB: (Laughs) Wasn't that great? You don't realize at the time what kind of impact something like that is gonna create. You just go by what feels right and all the pieces falling into the right place.

BN: Let's talk about the upcoming tour...You'll be performing with Iron Maiden and Queensryche...

ROB: It's a singer's dream come true...Dickinson, Tate, and Halford under the same roof. I'm really excited about that, it's just gonna be a great thing to experience night after night.

BN: Is that tour gonna continue through Europe as well?

ROB: I'm not sure. I know that the 3 bands are working through the first leg in America. And then we're gonna go to Mexico and South America, but I don't know whether or not Queensryche will be going with us.

BN: What is the worldwide release date for Resurrection?

ROB: August 8th is the international release date.

BN: I take it Halford will be performing some classic Priest songs live...

ROB: Yes, some classics and some not-so classics. We have a broad catalog to choose from...
