By Martin Popoff"Yes, that's a problem; all the people in the band have a normal job. It's not really easy to live with music, but it's like a dream, and that's good. You have your normal job, and maybe tomorrow something happens with the music. But as I'm talking to you, I'm 30 years old and I've got a normal job. But fortunately my normal job is my hobby because I'm a network engineer and I'm very happy about my work. Although, I guess, music is my first hobby; it's my love, it's not work. But it's music first of all. So everybody in the band has a normal job, except for Rob, because he sings professionally."
Finally, with respect to a somewhat obvious but seldom broached subject: why did you pick heavy metal as your outlet?
"Oh, it's a good question! Sincerely, my parents listened to rock albums from the '70s, so when I was younger I listened to bands like Led Zeppelin. And my mother played the guitar, so it's really natural for me to be playing music. As well, for a guitar player, it's more fun to listen to rock and heavy metal; I think that's really the reason for my choice. But something happened to me - I don't know what - when I listened to my first heavy metal album. I think it was Powerslave. I said to myself, 'What is this?! It's amazing! What's happening?!"
