PANTERA Ozzfest 2000 Diary Part 2

As the tour goes on you meet new people each day. I have met Joe Holmes and Richard Trujillo, guitar and bass players of Ozzy's band, Wayne of Static-X, and it turns out that Tom, the drummer of Godsmack, was once the drummer of Lillian Axe. I knew him back in the Z-Rock network days.

Bands I have had a chance to catch live on Ozzfest are Queens of the Stone Age, Methods of Mayhem, Kittie, Godsmack, Pantera, and Ozzy. All the bands have kicked ass! I'm looking forward to seeing POD, Incubus, and Soulfly. I hope to have a report on them next time.

Ozzy has his wife and kids travelling with the tour (as you know Ozzy's wife Sharon is his manager). Ozzy's son Jack is about 15 years old. He's real cool. On the 4th of July one of his friends ate dog crap for $1000. Crazy. Jack got it on video.
