What would be the Night Ranger selections in this set?

"We're going to do kind of like our normal, Don't Tell Me You Love Me, Sister Christian, Sing Me Away; Jack is going to join us in this, and he's going to come and do some Damn Yankees tunes."

And none of this would be happening if not for Andrew McNeice, mastermind behind, who's coming up into America's heartland all the way from Australia.

"You know, I know Andrew very well," explains Keagy, with respect to the connection. "I met him when my first solo album was released in Europe in 2000, and I went over to play an all-star gig, which so happens was with Jim Peterik and Kevin Chalfant and me, and Brian Bart, my partner in the Time Passes record. We went over to perform for the Gods fest, and that's where I met Andrew. He came over and was kind of covering the whole thing, and we struck up a conversation. He was pretty instrumental in helping me promote my first record. And we've always stayed in contact. And he called me up about wanting to do a special CD, to help him raise money to support his web site, and I came up with the idea, us together, and said, 'Well, why don't we do a gig? Let's do some sort of a gig.' So we started to talk about it six months ago, and it's all coming to pass now. And I'm really excited about it."

Although this particular gig is going to be a special affair, in terms of Scrap Metal and the subject of guests, Kelly says, "We always do that. We always try to have at least two special guests, that will bring in three or four hit songs, and they will be the lead singer. So that's the idea, to bring the lead singers/songwriters, or just... OK, you're the main lead singer of the band. So that's what we're looking forward to doing with that band, is to like really have a hit songs-packed set. That's what we try to do with Scrap."
