Starting tomorrow Friday the 13th, the METAL BLADE RECORDS MUSEUM will be open every day (excluding Sunday) from 12 PM - 3 PM. The ultimate heavy metal museum is located in Las Vegas, NV and features items collected throughout the life and career of Metal Blade's founder, Chairman/CEO, and very longtime HardRadio friend Brian Slagel. You'll see items like old promo materials, old show flyers from the Sunset Strip and beyond, plaques, props from tours and music videos, original promotional photos from bands' album releases, original artwork from bands' cover art, merch, gear, and so, so much more. Metal Blade's brick and mortar store has moved locations and can now be found at the museum.
ALCATRAZZ are happy to announce that the very long dispute with former lead vocalist Graham Bonnet has come to an end. The United States Trademark Trial & Appeals Board have ruled in the favor of the original founding members of the band Jimmy Waldo and Gary Shea. According to the band: "We are putting all that behind us now, we wish Graham well and we know via various mutual contacts that he wishes the same for us. He is happy doing what he is doing, and we are happy continuing on our path." The band and Bonnet had been engaged in a heated dispute over the Alcatrazz band name since 2021.
The first two live dates for GEORGE LYNCH & THE MOB - the new band around guitar legend and very longtime HardRadio friend George Lynch (Dokken, Lynch Mob) - have been confirmed for July 25 at Angel City Music Hall in Manchester, NH, and July 26 at Jam At The Dam in Monroe, CT. Lynch will be joined by singer Andrew Freeman (Last In Line, Lynch Mob, Great White), drummer Brian Tichy (Whitesnake, Bily Idol, Foreigner, Ozzy Osbourne) and bassist Jaron Gulino (Lynch Mob, The LIFE Project, Heavens Edge, Tantric).
