Guitar Meets Science has shared a new mini-documentary about longtime HardRadio friends KIX. "We dive into the untold story of KIX — a Maryland glam metal band that went from cult club kings to MTV sensations... and then vanished almost as quickly. Fronted by the charismatic Steve Whiteman, KIX rode the wave of the late '80s hair metal boom with the surprise hit 'Don't Close Your Eyes'. Fueled by Aqua Net, swagger, and dangerous hooks, their breakout album, Blow My Fuse, went platinum and put them on stadium stages with the likes of Ratt and Whitesnake.
