Carrying the torch of NWOBHM are TAILGUNNER. Recently signed to Napalm Records, the young British band announces their upcoming sophomore record Midnight Blitz out February 6. Drawing heavily from classic heavy metal sounds, Tailgunner have found support in the very heroes they follow: legendary guitarist K.K. Downing went on to produce Midnight Blitz. According to K.K.: "Tailgunner personify everything that is heavy metal." A video for the title track "Midnight Blitz" can be seen below:
