Hamburg's No. 1 sleaze rockers NIGHT LASER have released a new single and video for the song "19CR490," which appears on their upcoming studio album Rats In The Cradle. The band says, "For some people, the devil sits on their shoulder. For others, he controls their mind and their heart. It's up to you who you will be in this world.
