LEGEND Interview Page 7
By Bob Nalbandian

SW: You actually supported Thin Lizzy in the early days...that must have been a big boost for the band!
PH: We supported Thin Lizzy in 1981 when they played Jersey as part of their UK tour. It was a great boost for us to play in front of 2,500 local fans as our first album had only been released the same week. Tommy Vance, a popular BBC Radio DJ had played a couple of tracks on his "Friday Rock Show". In fact, in my opinion, we blew Lizzy off the stage! (laughs)

SW: So what does the future hold for Legend?
PH: After 20 years it's difficult to say what the long-term future may hold, but as long as the music and the words have to be written I will always pick up my guitar and play. Hopefully Legend will move forward and perhaps achieve some of the things that escaped us in the 1980's...if not, we're still gonna have a lot of fun trying!
